MERCEDES ELV REPAIR FOR DUMMIES

I've a 2010 C300 Mercedes which has most of the problems pointed out for any bad steering wheel lock mechanism but my steering wheel is just not locked and when it won't start Although my battery is very hot by Placing jumper cables and A further battery it will make the lock mechanism do the job yet again.Yet another recommendation for remounting
